Senior Children's Residential Support Lead

A well-established provider of children’s residential care in Sunderland is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader to lead a team in supporting children aged 7–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and have experience in residential services. This role offers a salary of £41,184 including sleeps, with opportunities for progression. Benefits include 210 hours of annual leave and ongoing training.
