Senior Chile Corporate & M&A Legal Counsel (Bilingual)

De Beers Group Of Companies is looking for a Legal Specialist to provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate law, M&A, litigation, and commercial law in Chile. The successful candidate will manage legal risks, support day-to-day operations, and coordinate external counsel.

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish and English, have 9-12 years of experience in law, preferably in a Law Firm, and be admitted to practice law in Chile.
