POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification in bachelor's degree in agriculture , Horticulture, Agronomy, or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 10 years' experience in citrus farming or similar agricultural management roles. Strong knowledge of citrus production practices, pest management, and soil health. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in farm management software and data analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in budget management, cost control, and financial management. Advanced computer literacy.
