SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Summary

Closely collaborates with the HoD and Executive Directors: Civil Engineering in directing, coordinating, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, integrating, and closing of Civil Engineering Projects. Drives general Civil Engineering related design and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and guide Engineers, technicians, draughts persons, and delegate work effectively in the Civil Engineering Department.
• Ensure all employees in the team are supplied with the relevant tools required to perform jobs.
• Formulate systems for smooth running of the Civil Engineering section to enable synergy and coherence.
• Design and reporting in Civil Engineering section to meet project objectives.
• Prepare proposals, tenders and contract documents for infrastructure services nationally and internationally.
