High-Level Description

The Senior Civil Engineer serves as the engineering lead on assigned facilities projects. The role oversees design executed by third‑party engineering firms, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, specifications, budget, schedule, and scope. Coordination with Enbridge internal groups (Project Execution, Operations, Shared Services) guarantees project and company requirements are incorporated into deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee engineering project scope, schedule, capital cost estimate, execution planning, risks and supporting information from development through close‑out.
• Ensure all assigned projects are fit for purpose, meet regulations, environmental, health and safety, industry codes, and corporate standards (e.g., building codes).
