Senior Claims Handler (Santiago de Querétaro)

We are currently seeking a Sr. Claims Handler with experience in heavy equipment to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Claims department.

Shift: Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

• Manage end-to-end claims administration, including documentation collection, file creation, evidence review, and follow-up with all involved parties.
• Coordinate remotely with field teams, drivers, supervisors, and external adjusters to ensure proper incident handling and accurate information flow.
