The Client Delivery Lead will manage the delivery of a technology domain (such as billing, finance, or communications) for European client projects. Working closely with Kraken’s product managers, developers, and the client, the Lead will ensure that long‑term migration or maintenance projects are completed successfully and that the client’s technology needs are met.
