Senior Client Executive, PR & Social (Malaysia)

Overview

As a Senior Client Executive , you’ll step into a leadership role on your accounts, managing day-to-day communications programmes while contributing to strategy and delivering strong results across earned, social, and digital channels. You’ll take more ownership — leading WIPs, advising clients, managing budgets, and guiding junior team members — while keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and media behaviours.

This is a step up from Client Executive, where you’re no longer just executing — you’re leading.

Your Responsibilities

1. Account & Project Management

   • Take full ownership of day-to-day account operations and communications, ensuring all work aligns with the agreed scope, timelines, and KPIs

   • Lead WIP meetings with confidence — set the agenda, guide discussions, and manage follow-ups
