Senior Client Services Officer/Associate

About the role

Join a well-established private wealth firm supporting a Senior Adviser and HNW client base. You’ll manage end-to-end client service delivery, coordinate advice implementation and maintain workflows across complex financial strategies in a polished, collaborative environment.

• Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation
• Implement advice and manage ongoing client workflows
• Liaise with accountants and external stakeholders
• Coordinate insurance and investment administration
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in Xplan

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in a CSO or Adviser Associate role
• Advanced Xplan capability essential
• Experience with Wrap investment platforms
• Strong workflow and stakeholder management skills
• Professional, organised and detail-focused approach
