Senior Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Clinic Assistant to join our GP clinic under Y Medical & Wellness Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be based at Our Woodleigh Family Clinic , and will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and delivering a positive patient experience.

• Patient registration, temperature and weight taking
• Handling CHAS, Medisave, and Healthier SG transactions
• Dispensing medication and collecting payments (familiar with e-payment modes such as QR pay and NETS)
• Managing appointment bookings for chronic disease follow-ups and sending patient reminders
• Answering phone and counter enquiries in a professional manner
• Performing claims submission (e.g., Medisave, CHAS, MBS, Managed Care/TPA insurance claims)
• General administrative support and record keeping
