The role
You’ll be focused on building and optimising core trading infrastructure, with a direct impact on system performance and execution speed.
- Build new market connectivity and trading infrastructure
- Continuously reduce latency across critical components
- Maintain and improve core platform performance and reliability
- Work closely with engineering, trading, and data teams
What they’re looking for
- 3–5+ years experience in modern C++
- Background in low-latency / high-performance systems
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Solid understanding of networking (REST, WebSockets, etc.)
