Senior Collections Policy Analyst

Location: aracaju (SE) – aracaju.

What You'll Do

• Analyze the behavior of customers with short-, medium-, and long-term delinquencies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and refine data-driven collections policies to reduce risk and increase recovery.
• Use SQL and Python to extract insights and generate strategic reports.
• Explain to the business and sales teams why analytical strategies work and demonstrate the value of the solutions.
• Work closely with the Data Science and Operations teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience with data analysis focused on collections or credit risk.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, and Python.
