An exciting opportunity has arisen for a kind and experienced Senior Community Practitioner (part time - 30 hours) to join our friendly and dedicated colleagues at The Anchorage Clinic in Whitby.
Whitby and Ryedale Integrated Community Team provides mental health services and delivers care to adults across the Whitby area.
The Anchorage is a short walk from the main town and harbour where there are many local shops and cafes. Whitby is known for its unique blend of rich history, beauty and charming tranquil lifestyle.
As a member of the team, you will work alongside all members of the multi-disciplinary team which includes Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Psychologists and Psychology Assistants, Consultant Psychiatrists and medics, Pharmacists, Team admin and support workers. With access to and support from specialist services available in the trust, and excellent working relationships with local partner organisations....
