Senior Compliance Officer – Offshore Regulatory Compliance | CFD / Fintech / Financial Services

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join our global team.

This isn’t just a box-ticking role - you will be the bridge between the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) and our broader international operations across dynamic offshore jurisdictions like Seychelles, Comoros, and beyond .

Reporting directly to our Regulatory Compliance Unit Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compliance framework in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

What You’ll Do:

• The Offshore Architect: Manage and oversee compliance activities for our Mauritius license while extending your expertise to cover multiple offshore jurisdictions.
• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the FSC and other global regulators.
