ROLE OVERVIEW
What you’ll do……
- Inspire the client - You will take a lead role with all our NZ clients, developing relationships further by taking a hands‑on role in the day‑to‑day account management, writing proposals and delivery of large, strategic programmes.
- Love solving big questions – you will develop complex qualitative approaches and utilise frameworks to develop strategic and actionable outcomes.
- Be the client’s Qual Specialist - write creative discussion guides that get to the core research needs and keep participants engaged – from focus groups, to workshops, to immersion sessions.
- Be hands on - moderate interviews, online and offline – you will know how to ask the right questions to get honest answers that go beyond surface level thoughts.
