Senior Consultant – Business Transformation (AI‑enabled)
Location: Wellington, New Zealand
Overview
Work with clients across government, public sector and private sector organisations to shape, design and deliver business and operating model transformation, with an emphasis on AI‑enabled change.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high‑value AI and data use cases linked to productivity, service improvement, risk reduction, workforce effectiveness, customer or citizen outcomes and cost improvement; translate business challenges into practical transformation roadmaps and AI‑enabled solutions; develop business cases, options and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Help clients move from AI ideas and experimentation through to implementation, adoption and measurable value, working across both the technical and organisational dimensions of transformation.
