Senior Consultant, Training, BCP (For Banking Industry)

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead operational user tasks including creation of plans and WBS.
• Manage the progress and address any issues related to key operational user tasks, including business continuity planning and training sessions, customer and external communications, as well as post-release activities.
• Plan and coordinate user training activities, including preparation of training schedules, training materials, and provide advice regarding training.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure proper communication and readiness before system implementation or process updates.
• Support the planning and documentation of BCP requirements for user operations, ensuring key processes and system activities have contingency plans.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to review operational readiness and support BCP exercises or simulations when required.
