Job Description
As a member of the Wills and Trusts Resource Group (WTRG), the Senior Consultant will provide legal support, analysis and recommendations to RBC Canadian Wealth Management businesses on estate, trust and power of attorney account administration and maintenance issues. The role will support revenue generation through client experience improvement and risk minimization across RBC Canadian Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research, analyze and provide guidance on estate, trust and power of attorney issues escalated by Canadian Wealth Management businesses and functional groups, utilizing knowledge of relevant jurisdictional laws and principles, and prioritize escalation based on urgency to provide timely recommendations.
