Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate,track, and update Baseline Master Construction Programmes using MicrosoftProject to ensure all key path milestones are delivered onschedule.
- Enforce rigorous workplace safety and health protocols on-site, keeping projectsaligned with bizSAFE Star, ISO 9001/45001, and statutory safety boardguidelines.
- Direct weekly technical alignment meetings and interface directly with Clients,Architects, Professional Engineers (PE), and governmental statutory boards(BCA, LTA, MOM, NEA).
- Manage pre-contract procurement cycles, evaluate subcontractor tenders, compilecost-benefit analyses, and execute commercial subcontract agreements.
- Strategically identify, quantify, and negotiate upstream Variation Orders (VOs) and Extensionof Time (EOT) claims to optimize contract profitability and protect companymargins against Liquidated Damages (LD).
