The business delivers refurbishment, roofing, cladding, waterproofing and external envelope packages on large-scale warehouse, logistics and industrial units, with individual project values ranging from £200k to £2.5m. This is a senior operational role suited to an experienced Contracts Manager who has delivered industrial shed refurbishments, roofing and cladding projects, or wider building envelope packages within live environments.
