Shape contractual strategy in the aerospace industry as a Senior Contracts Specialist with MDA. Leverage your expertise in negotiating, drafting, and managing complex contracts for commercial and government transactions.
In this pivotal role, you will advise the Business Development and Program Management teams on all contractual matters related to MDA’s Satellite Systems. Your experience in high-profile contracts will guide you through drafting, reviewing, and executing agreements, while you ensure compliance with relevant obligations. You will collaborate with the proposal team and manage customer and subcontractor agreements throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on contractual matters for commercial transactions
• Negotiate, draft, and review agreements
• Administer contracts with change order management
• Support proposal submissions and review terms
• Mitigate liability and risk exposure for MDA
