Main Position Responsibilities:
Designs and develops mechanical and electricals projects to support site goals for productivity, cost efficiency, reliability and safety and enter project requests into the Mauser CapEx Portal Manage capital engineering projects to meet defined budget and schedule. Management of outside vendors and suppliers. Specify equipment. Manage physical installation of equipment during moves and upgrades. Provide technical support to plant maintenance groups pertaining to installation, trouble shooting, process control and repair of equipment. Draft and manage all engineering drawings. Participate in Kaizen events. Understand factors contributing to KPI’s and identify areas of improvement. Some travel may be required to support projects at other plants or perform equipment acceptance testing at vendor facilities (less than 10%). Other duties, as assigned. Key Attri...
