Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage selected outlet’s chefs and kitchen staff
- Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen
- Maintain food quality and safety standards
- Ensure proper maintenance of the kitchen within each outlet
- Design and implement new ideas for the menu
- Ensure Kitchen standards are being followed and adhered to by all employees
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience as Senior Cook
- Must be dedicated and committed
