Senior Coordinator, Air Freight Export

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Be responsible for processing shipping documents Match the pickup order and all relevant documents within the booking slips Ensure compliance to customers' shipping requirements/ instructions Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely Ensure copy of all relevant shipping documents are passed to accounts and permit teams for processing Fax documents and scan pre-alerts as required Sort airway bills and export permits for posting Ensure permits are declared for all shipments Manage any other jobs as and when necessary
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants with knowledge and experiencing in managing Air Freight Export Operations preferred Good administrative skills Results driven and attention to details Diploma/ degree with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
