Senior Coordinator / Coordinator, Project Logistic

Responsibilities

• Lead the logistics function within the PMT, overseeing Marine Logistics coordination and ensuring full statutory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end documentation for the import/export and clearance of vessels, materials and equipments from/to Malaysia.
• Coordinate transportation and custom clearance for all project import/export requirements – Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements, including knowledge on HS Code classifications.
• Monitor logistics cost and identify cost‑saving opportunities, including optimizing routing, consolidation and transport modes.
• Assess and brief project stakeholders on the required approvals and permits by reviewing latest regulatory and authority requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and tracking reports, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
