Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Transactional Support:
Provide legal counsel to Mexican sales teams, including drafting and negotiating contracts for direct customers and channel partners (e.g., software licenses, XaaS, cloud agreements, and alliance contracts).
Strategic Advisory:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales management, providing practical, business‐focused legal guidance that aligns with Cisco's priorities.
Problem Solving:
Analyze and resolve complex business and legal issues through clear, actionable advice.
Global Collaboration:
Participate in key global initiatives alongside cross‐functional legal teams.
