What You Will Do
Assist the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary in the scheduling, preparation and running of the meetings of the Board of Directors, prepare the minutes, manage the sharing of information according to internal practices and regulations, manage secretariat formalities (notary, filing, registers etc..).Provide governance advice relative to the governance of legal entities, including newly established entities, acquired entities, divestitures, joint ventures and in the context of re-organizations and assist in the review of governance documents, including Articles of Association, Organization Rules, and Competency Rules.Advise on signature authority and support the development of related policies and processes.Create and maintain templates for governance-related documentation and improve key governance workflows and support and drive governance projects and AI-based process improvements.
