Job Description
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CMA certification preferred; CPA, ACCA, or CA is an advantage
- 8-10 years of experience in cost accounting or management accounting
- Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or production-driven industries
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Odoo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP
- Advanced skills in material, labor and overhead costing, BOM costing and cost roll-ups, margin analysis and cost allocation
- High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, cost models, dashboards)
- Ability to analyze large sets of financial and operational data
- Strong reporting and financial analysis
