The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in cost control and reporting, a strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, and proven experience with offshore projects. Responsibilities include developing cost control systems, monitoring expenditures, and preparing cost reports. Professional certifications like CCP or PMP are an advantage.
