About the role:

As a Senior Counsel, APx, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality, and practical advice to internal clients. This advice will regard complex commercial contracts, supporting major new nuclear construction projects. These projects are within the Westinghouse APX (new plants) Business Unit. This includes major supplier agreements; engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and similar mega-project agreements; teaming agreements; claims; and related legal issues.
