Senior Counsel, Channels and Alliances

**Overview**

Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) is our all-in-one offering for larger, more complex mid-market businesses and one of the fastest-growing parts of Intuit. IES is scaling its channel, alliance, and partner-led motion for the mid-market business. We are hiring a Senior Counsel to help build and expand the legal framework for that motion and to negotiate the agreements that run on it: channel and reseller programs, and strategic alliances with large accounting firms. You will help design scalable program terms, lead complex partner negotiations independently, and advise senior sales and business leaders on channel-conflict and competition risk.

**Responsibilities**

+ Independently structure, draft, and negotiate complex partner and alliance agreements, including reseller, distribution, referral, strategic alliance, and go-to-market agreements, often on a bespoke or first-of-a-kind basis.
