Senior Credit Controller – ASIA KSA/GSA

Job Overview

The main purpose of this role is to handle the collections activities of key and global strategic accounts with open invoices, credits and cash. This is a client‑facing position that also involves significant contact with internal partners, often requiring partnership between teams to resolve issues with delinquent accounts. The individual will be responsible for meeting defined key performance targets while adhering to departmental policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with customers to collect cash on unpaid invoices through phone calls and emails.
• Build trust and confidence with customers, acting as their advocate when issues are raised.
• Serve as global lead for one or two key strategic accounts, compiling reports for Finance and Sales, acting as an escalation point for regional credit controllers, and serving as first point of contact for our key clients, linking them to all LSEG department...
