About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Cropping Hand to join a well-run mixed farming enterprise at Billabong Station.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering day-to-day cropping operations, working closely with the Farm Manager and Agronomist across a diverse broadacre program.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with sowing, spraying, irrigation, and harvest operations
Operate and maintain modern cropping machinery
Work across crops including wheat, barley, lupins, canola, and lucerne
Support hay production and pasture management
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
