Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for the customers assigned
  • Use the various tools to facilitate the orders until it reaches customer
  • Provide open order report and alert customer actively on shipments and FG.
  • Coordinate with plant and customer on the reject returns
  • Adhere to Company's policy and procedures.
  • Involve in audits and manage invoice payment issues if any.
  • Facilitate customer visits as and when needed.
  • Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control in work area.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
