Position Responsibilities:

  • Resolve written enquiries received from customers, agents, government sectors, regulatory bodies, etc.
  • Conduct investigations independently and offer quality resolutions to customers to resolve the matters
  • Ensure cases are handled within the standard turnaround time and in compliance with the company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Work with other departments on case resolution and streamline the workflow to enhance customer experience
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage
