About the role
This position is a full time, fixed term role in the Customer Service team until 29 January 2027 to cover approved leave, based at Moruya. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and operational oversight of the team’s daily activities
- Supporting the Coordinator in progressing key projects and initiatives
- Acting as the first point of escalation for complex issues, customer interactions, and system or process troubleshooting.
The starting salary for this position is $73,566.19 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
