Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee databases, data systems, and data collection processes.
- Interpret data, analyse results using advanced statistical techniques, and provide comprehensive reports.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Collaborate with senior management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Define new process improvement opportunities and lead their implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts and other team members.
