Senior Delivery Manager – Leasing Services .
Responsibilities
Ensure visibility on delivery progress, alignment on priorities, and support Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ways of working
Monitor team capacity and support optimal resource allocation
Support ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level Management)
Coordinate delivery with offshore/nearshore partners and ensure KPIs/SLA adherence
Align with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Platform, and Engineering
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
