Senior Design Manager

As a Senior Design Manager at BW, you will play a key role in leading the design and technical delivery of our projects. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process from project inception through to tender, construction, and completion, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, innovation, and buildability throughout.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams, you will help drive successful project outcomes while championing collaboration, efficiency, and technical excellence.
