Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Design - Premium & Select MEA supports the delivery of design activities across Marriott International’s premium and select portfolio in the Middle East & Africa. Reporting to the Senior Director, Premium & Select MEA, the role is responsible for providing design oversight on managed, franchised, and company‑owned projects to ensure quality control, brand compliance, and operational alignment. The position supports multiple projects of varying scope and complexity, contributing to feasibility assessments, design development, and project execution while collaborating with Development, Brand, and Operations teams. The role plays a key part in maintaining brand standards and supporting successful project delivery across the region.
