Senior Desk Expeditor (Singapore)
RINA is supporting a leading EPC client in Singapore and is looking for an experienced Senior Desk Expeditor to support major Oil & Gas / Energy projects.

Location: Singapore (International Business Park)
Employment Type: Contract (2 Years)
Working Days: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and expedite supplier purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Track manufacturing progress and coordinate with vendors, package managers, and project teams.

Review supplier progress reports and identify potential schedule risks.

Support inspection and logistics activities, including shipment documentation and release for shipment.

Coordinate recovery plans for delayed deliveries and escalate critical issues.

Maintain expediting reports and project tracking databases.
