Senior Desktop Support Engineer – Windows, AD & VPN

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for a role in Singapore. You will provide level 1 and level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in Desktop Support, strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365, and familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing tools.
