Senior Desktop Support Tech | VIP & Enterprise IT Lead

MONETEC PTE. LTD. is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Singapore. This role involves providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting various workplace technologies, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in IT and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

You will act as an escalation point for complex issues and guide junior team members, while also partnering with other IT teams for effective issue resolution.
