Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Silverlake Deposits system.
- Handle both CASA and Time Deposit functionalities.
- Design, code, test, and implement solutions using RPG on the AS400 platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and support continuous improvement of coding standards.
- Manage and execute deployments using ALDON, an AS400 deployment automation tool.
- Participate in DevOps practices and contribute to automation initiatives.
- Document technical designs, specifications, and procedures.
- Manage and guide junior developers.
