Prior experience in a highly secured environment (eg: financial services) with good understanding on security and audits, encryption, 2FA or multi-factor
authentication (MFA). Experience in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying potential solutions with the team will be an added advantage. Service management and production support experience will be an added advantage.
