We’re partnering with a long-established West End investment agency entering an exciting new growth phase. The firm has a 30-year track record in London mixed-use and residential-led investments and is now expanding its deal-making team.

Important: this is not a role for someone who has only worked with developers to resell new homes stock.

This is for a seasoned investment broker, someone who sees potential and value where others might not. You’ll be dealing with mixed-use block purchases typically between £2M and £70M, where there’s an upside investment angle to unlock.

That could mean:

• Extending or reconfiguring an HMO to increase yield
• Adding penthouses or airspace to an existing block
• Selling high-yield rented blocks ready for repositioning
