(Senior) Development Partner, Customer Innovation

The Customer Innovation (CI) Division is responsible for shaping and delivering digital solutions to enhance enterprise engagement and expand Enterprise Singapore’s reach to support more companies. The division works closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement impactful Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital products that address business needs and improve the overall enterprise experience.

• Lead digital product development and user experience initiatives: identify business users’ pain points, conduct research, propose digital solutions, and translate business needs into functional product features.
• Manage policy, strategy, and stakeholder engagement: contribute to the development and implementation of policies and processes for the entire product lifecycle, track key performance metrics, and align diverse stakeholder interests.
