Job Description

The Senior Front End Development Specialist will be a key contributor to developing a unified client search experience for both drop-in and registered activities, serving as the entry point into the vendor application, ACTIVENet. This new program search tool will integrate with existing public-facing features and introduce new functionality informed by extensive usability testing to enhance customer service. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and implementing software components while ensuring the secure submission and handling of sensitive documentation. This position requires strong technical leadership and compliance with accessibility, privacy, and security standards in a fast-paced environment.

Duration: 6 months with a potential 6-month extension

Location: Toronto (Hybrid/Remote Option, occasionally required to work from Metro Hall, 55 John Street)
