Overview

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high‑value projects, influence senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role within a fast‑moving Development and Disposals function.

As Senior Development Valuer , you will report into a senior property lead, manage a demanding portfolio and be trusted to operate with autonomy from day one, with a formal review at the three‑month mark.

You’ll be at the centre of ambitious programmes covering disposals, acquisitions, development appraisals and feasibility studies, working across political, commercial and community priorities.
