Senior Director, AMEA Engineering

As a senior member of the management team, you develop technical and engineering direction, aligning with worldwide goals. You plan, develop, and manage technical, engineering, and business programs to support growth, world‑class manufacturing and productivity while ensuring the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You follow Mondelēz International’s business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz International’s standards are properly met. You interact regularly with senior‑level clients, the technical community, suppliers and engineering service providers.
